Frosty the kitty cat! That''s me! If you''re ready to sing lots of songs about me and welcome me into the home - let''s get going! Of course, a young guy like me is going to need a few things. Scratching posts and cat trees are awesome - it feels so good to scratch my nails and climb up top! And don''t you dare forget about some toys! That''s right - even adult cats like me have plenty of energy to go around. I''m not sure which toys are my favorites, but get me one of everything so I can figure it out for myself. Do you think we can cuddle up on these cold days? That sounds so wonderful! Let''s get our lives together started!
~My adoption fee is $45.00.~

Cats? Unknown. Dogs? Unknown. Children? Unknown.
How did I get here? Transferred from Lenoir County SPCA.

Many adoptions will take approximately 1 hour or more.

Adoption requirements and tips
to speed up the adoption process:

Please be able to provide a valid photo I.D. with your current address (If your I.D. does not reflect your current address, bring a piece of mail with your name and address on it)

Be able to prove that you are allowed to have a pet where you live (proof of home ownership or a copy of your rental lease including the specific pet policy)

Bring along all members of your household, including dogs for an introduction to a new dog. However, we do recommend meeting with an adoption counselor before involving children in the pet selection process. To avoid longer wait times, we strongly recommended that dog-to-dog meetings take place after 1:00pm.

Participate in adoption counseling process to learn adoption guidelines and adoption options.
